[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Load a new profile.
2. Click the hamburger menu.
3. Click on “”What’s New” option.
4. Click on the first message: “Protections at a glance”.

[Expected result]:

• The page is opened in a new focused tab.

[Actual result]:

• The page is opened in a new unfocused tab.

[Notes]:

• The rest of the messages are opened in new focused tabs.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Beta (78.0b9 Build ID - 20200619002543) and latest Firefox Nightly (79.0a1 Build ID - 20200621093846) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 18.04 x64 and Mac 10.15. Now, the “Protections at a glance” message is opened in a new tab and it is focused.
