If they're running on every push, but have nothing that depends on them on some pushes, this is the same as bug 1641228.

I need to double check, but in all the cases I saw they were running because they were dependencies of MinGW mochitest webgpu.

OK, we should see if that test really needs to run all of the time. I asked about it for some other builds, and was told that it's sometimes (often? always?) used as a quick smoketest to see if the build actually works, which means that in many cases we can reduce the frequency of, or fully turn off, builds whose only dependency is that test.
