Per Bug 1642059, comment 7, we would like the credit-card autofill popup to appear whenever the user manually blanks a credit-card field in a form.

Reproduced the initial behavior using a previous Nightly version and Beta 79.0b2.
Verified - Fixed in latest Nightly 80.0a1 (build id: 20200701093012). The credit card popup is opened accordingly when the user delete manually a credit card field.
