When using the "open 'https://www.blender.org'" command on MacOS with Firefox as default browser it opens a window with the URL and another window with my homepage.

Steps to reproduce:

On MacOS

  1. Set firefox as default bowser
  2. close fireopen
  3. open terminal and run the "open 'https://www.blender.org'" command

Actual results:

Firefox open a window with "https://www.blender.org" and a second window with my homepage

Expected results:

Firefox should just open 1 window with "https://www.blender.org"

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
