We've recently got a report about a problem with https://www.bancosantander.es
in https://support.mozilla.org/es/questions/1291085. The problem is similar to what we had in the past (forms with no labels).
We need to re-ship santander intervention https://github.com/mozilla/webcompat-addon/pull/135/files#diff-698c099c6d5bcf7cc094edbbdd4b2408L37 and add www.bancosantander.es domain to it

Reverted the removal and added the extra domain in the linked PR.
