This is mostly fixing unexpected passes.
The following new tests fail:
paint-order-001.tentative.html - a little fuzz
tiled-gradients.html - also fails on windows
svg-transform-nested-008.html - a bit of fuzz
dependent-builtin.html - a little bit of fuzz. The gecko
reftest version is marked as failing
system-alphabetic.html - already marked as failing in the
Gecko reftest version
canvas_clear.html - WebGPU mostly doesn't work
These tests all get some extra fuzz:
bold_namespace.html
italic_namespace.html
underline_namespace.html
