Steps to reproduce:
When inspecting a Websocket, and looking at the "Messages", unicode isn't supported. This leads to unreadable text if special characters (e.g. æøå) are used.
It would also be good to support unicode smilies, as they are quite widespread.
to reproduce, navigate to http://messenger.com and login, inspect the websocket and look at the messages tab when sending a message with special characters or a smiley.
See example images here: https://imgur.com/a/O79p6t6
(If it's possible to insert images inline, please let me know, I couldn't find a way to, and only one attachment is allowed.)
Actual results:
Gibberish is displayed (see attached picture).
Expected results:
Correct text and smilies should be displayed.

Thanks for the feedback. If possible, adding smiley support would also be very useful when debugging websocket messages.
