Juneteenth is a holiday in several US locations and is a recognized historical event. Adding it to the hunspell dictionary.

I think Ehsan is out at the moment, so you'll need to request review from somebody else if you want to land this soon.
Olli, any idea who might be able to review changes to this file with Ehsan is out? It looks like he's practically the only person who has ever reviewed changes to it. It mostly looks like a plain text file, but there's also some kind of /M etc. annotations in there that I'm not sure what they mean.

Yeah, /M is coming from https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/extensions/spellcheck/locales/en-US/hunspell/en-US.aff#102-103
