Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox and make sure that Block Autoplay is set to "Allow Audio and Video" (Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Permissions -> Autoplay -> Settings).
2. Access https://www.mixedcontentexamples.com/Test/NonSecureAudio in a new tab.
3. Refresh the page.

Expected result

• The lock icon has a yellow warning displayed in the URL bar.

Actual result

• Step 2: The lock icon has a yellow warning displayed in the URL bar.
• Step 3: After refreshing the page, the lock icon DOESN'T HAVE anymore a yellow warning ("Connection secure" is displayed inside the door hanger).

Regression range

• I don't think this is a regression since the issue is also reproducible in Firefox 53.0.
