I am guessing this issue has been already filed, but couldn't find now.
Anyways, with fission enabled, the popup window position for the device selecting combo box (Galaxy S9, etc. etc.) looks wrong.

Thanks for reporting! Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the tooltip position for the devices menu? I'm not able to observe anything out of the ordinary with fission enabled.

The popup drop down menu is not be able to be captured on screenshots, unfortunately. On my Ubuntu 20.04 machine, it's positioned below the UA string field.

This bug probably doesn't need to block enabling Fission in Nightly since the RDM popup still works correctly. I will track this bug for Fission Beta (M7) so we revisit this bug before Fission rides the trains to Beta and Release.

Cameron told me there is a pref to keep popup windows open, the pref name is ui.popup.disable_autohide. So now I captured a screenshot of this issue.

This looks like involving layout.css.devPixelsPerPx value, I've used 1.6 for the pref, and it causes the wrong position. Maybe it also happens on hi-dpi environments?

I am still unable to repro the bug. I set the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 1.6 and tested on two monitors hi-dpi (3840x2160) and low-dpi (1920x1200) and the drop down is always at the correct position.

I am running Firefox Nightly on Win10
