Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open ms Teams
  2. Start dragging any tab
  3. Let someone send you message during dragging tab

Actual results:

Tab is stuck during dragging when user take pop-up message in Microsoft Teams

Expected results:

Tab is should be fixed on panel after dragging, when user take pop-up message in Microsoft Teams

What kind of "popup message" is this referring to? Can someone share a screenshot or more details on how to reproduce?

Clear needinfos that are pending on inactive users.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.

We fixed a bunch of these issues (x-ref bug 1621458) so I imagine this is fixed too.
