Mac OS X 10.14

Preconditions

Have the following set up:
Enable the following preferences and restart the browser:
"extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available" pref is set to true
"extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled" pref is set to true
(for Beta also set up: extensions.formautofill.available set to "on")
Have multiple saved Credit Cards
NordVPN set up for USA or region to US

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox and go to about:preferences#privacy.
2. Scroll down to Forms and Autofill section.
3. Click on "Saved Credit Cards..." button.
4. Click on "Add" button.
5. Without filling any of the fields click on "Save" button.

Expected:

The red warning border for empty or invalid fields while adding a new CC should be displayed correctly.

Actual:

The red warning border for empty or invalid fields while adding a new CC isn't displayed correctly for "Exp. Month", "Exp. Year" and for "Billing Addresses" fields.
