Hello I have managed to reproduce the issue on MacOS 10.15.6 using Fx 79.0a1 (2020-06-29) , 78.0b9 and 77.0.1.
Will set a component for this issue so one of our developers could look more into it. If it's not the right component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.

Thanks for the report. Could you add your about:support information?
Also, is the framerate better when you are not profiling? It looks like >100ms is spent in the compositor grabbing a screenshot, so it's possible that the profiling itself is a bottleneck.

You're welcome! Sure I'm happy to add the about:support, where would be a good place to host it? Should I copy the raw data or the text?
On the second point, I only noticed this perfomance issue after visiting the site for the first time, I'm not the developer or anything to do with them and definitely wasn't profiling at the time of that visit. I'm not sure how I can compare the performance with and without profiling, but it doesn't seem noticeably different. I have noticed there is a significant different between performance at small and large window sizes though.

You can copy the about:support info to the clipboard using the button on that page, and when you paste it here as a comment, Bugzilla will suggest making an attachment for you.
Sorry for the confusion about the profiler. What I meant was, if you go into about:profiling there's an option Screenshots under Features. This can be pretty slow in itself, so sometimes it's better to grab a performance profile without screenshots.
Thanks!

Sorry about the formatting, I wasn't expecting that to submit and now can't see how to edit! Hope that helps anyway
