We should also enter search mode when the "start search" menu item is selected.

I verified this issue using 82.0a1 (2020-09-14) on macOS 10.13 and Windows 10 x64.
Adrian could you help me with Ubuntu verification? Here are the STR's:

  1. Deactivate the search bar.
  2. Hit ctrl+k in order to enter in the search mode.
Flags: needinfo?(adrian.florinescu)

Verified on Firefox 81 RC (with update2 prefs enabled) and latest Nightly 82.0a1 under Ubuntu 18.04 64 -bit, updating the flags based on this and the above comment.
