*Overview Description: In the preferences panel, the last entry on the left-hand side should be 'Debug'. It is completely missing form te preferences on Linux and Win32. Steps to Reproduce: 1) Just crank up seamonkey and select Edit|Preferences. Actual Results: The pane comes up just fine but 'Debug' is missing(not just hidden) from the LHS and consequently one cannot access any of those very helpful prefs. Expected Results: The very last entry on the LHS should read 'Debug' and clicking it should bring up the debug preferences panel on the RHS. Build Date & Platform Bug Found: This bug was found and reproduced on RH Linux 6 and WinNT with the 1999101411 commercial optimized builds. Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: This bug was tested and NOT repro'd on 1999101411 Mac comm. opt build. Additional Information:
