[Preconditions]
Have devtools.responsive.browserUI.enabled = true

Steps :

1- Launch the Firefox browser and reach about:license
2- Hit Ctrl+Shift+M in order to start Responsive Design Mode with touch simulation on (make sure to check reload when touch simulation is toggled option)
3- click any link

Expected Results :
The user should be able to access links with RDM, having touch simulation enabled or disabled.

Actual Results :
Links don't work with touch simulation on

Note: Links only work with touch simulation off.

Hi, i'm also able to reproduce this issue in beta 79.0b5 (64-bit). A double click is required to make links work. See bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1648112
