If trying to select a smtp-server (the server ist alraedy added in the advanced
outgoing (smtp) server settings) the listbox always offers only the default server.
Additional there is another error:
If the "advanced" button at the smtp-server setting has been pushed, and the
window for advanced outgoing (smtp) server settings is closed, the "mail and
newsgroup account setting" sticks on the smtp-server setting. Means, one cannot
select other setting. One has to close the "mail and newsgroup account setting"
dialog via "cancel" ("ok" does not work then any longer) to change account settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.edit->mail&newsgroup account settings->Outgoing Server(Smtp)->Advanced
2.add a server
3.press ok
4.select an account to edit
5.close the mail&news account setting dialog (press ok)
6. press cancel to close the dialog
7.edit->mail&newsgroup account settings->Outgoing Server(Smtp)->Advanced
8.select an account to edit
9. press advanced
10 click the listbox for selecting an outgoing server

Actual Results:
after step 4:
nothing. the dialog sticks to the smtp-server dialog
after step 5:
nothing
after step 10:
only the default server is in the list

Expected Results:
after step 4:

after step 5:

Confirming on Win2k - build 20020826 - should be marked NEW

I see this problem as well but only when the new smtp server specifies a
username to be used for smtp auth.
OS: Linux → All
Hardware: PC → All
I think this may be a dup of bug 86370 . Depends upon whether or not the
original reporter was setting the username for the new smtp server.
