Using 19991013m11 builds on win98 and linux I can't Delete a Card from the
Address Book. On Mac, if you select the Card and go directly to the Edit menu
(meaning the focus is still in the Results pane) you will see a selection for
Delete Card. Following this logic on Win and linux does not give me the same
menu item, therefore I can't delete a card.
1. Launch Address Book
2. Select the Personal Address book (have a card in there you're willing to
delete)
3. Select the Card (note focus should be in the Results pane at this time though
it's not obvious)
4. Click on the Edit menu
Result: Delete has not changed to Delete Card (like on the Mac) and it's not
enabled.
Expected Delete to change to Delete Card because the focus is in the Results
pane and it should be enabled.
Note: Delete toolbar button and Delete key on keyboard don't work so there is no
way to delete a card at this time.

This has been fixed through a focus checkin by saari and some style checkins I
made today.
Using builds 1999111909 on win98, 1999112008 build on linux and to double check
Mac I used build 1999111908 this is fixed and working on all platforms.
Verified. However on linux a new bug will be logged because of a crash
relaunching abook after deleting a card. Again this one is verified.
