Steps to reproduce:
Head to preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies & site data
Actual results:
The buttons to manage data/clear data were disabled by default (due to calculation) and I thought that I might not have enough permissions to choose them. But after having a clear look, I found out that the data is being calculated.
Expected results:
The text saying "calculating" would be better to have a wait icon beside it (preferably animated) to show the user that he/she has to wait to access the buttons. Because the text is written in a normal font and doesn't gain attention from the user.
