To reproduce:

1. open the browser
2. goto www.osnews.com
3. slecet a story with more than 15-20 comments (I have tried with the 'Redhat
to be the next redmond (33 comments)' and 'Mozilla 1.1 released(130 comments)'
4. Select "show all comments"

expected result:
* page should load and i should see all comments

Actual result:
* mozilla 1.1 final (windows 2000) crashes

Reproduceable:
* allways, Talkbak has now sendt 4 crash reports

Works fine on Solaris cvs 20020823.

1.1. branched off a while ago, so is quite old (in relation
to the fixes present in the cvs trees). So suggestion is to
try with  cvs nightly build from 

ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/mozilla-win32-installer-sea.exe

Can confirm this with 1.1 final (Gecko/20020826) on WinNT v4 SP6a. In the
original report, step 4 is not necessary for me - just click refresh a few
times. Just sent a couple of talkback reports.

Crashes at nsImageBoxListener::OnStopDecode are being looked at under bug 153815.
Duping to that bug.
