This is a follow up for Bug 1648373.
The icon identifying slow requests should link to the Timings panel
- Clicking on the icon opens the Details side bar (if not opened yet)
- Clicking on the icon selectes the Timings side panel
- The Timings panel should show the same icon for the Waiting time, so the user can visually associate the value.

Victoria, can you please provide a mockup showing how exactly the icon should be rendered in the Timings panel, thanks.

Screenshot of the Timings panel (see the Waiting time)
Note that the Panel is using "learn more" icon pointing to MDN. Should we update the existing page and explain the logic behind the turtle icon or introduce a new one?

Timings panel mockup link (feedback welcome!)

Seems like it will be fine to update the existing page, since with this timings panel design, it explains the icon inline.

This mockup shows what I was suggesting - a little info message below "Waiting," similar to the new blocking info in the summary.
