A follow-up on bug 1631902. When the dialog window is resized each item summary needs to rearrange attendees. Patch on the way.

Since the resize event fires so rapidly I've tried to minimize the work done in the resize handler, which should help when importing large numbers of events.

I manually tested with a US Holidays calendar with 305 events (but none that have attendees...) and that worked okay. Luckily resizing this dialog is likely not all that common or important. Effort to optimize this further would probably be better spent on redoing the attendees box entirely, say by using flexbox or similar.
