To reproduce:
- Copy some text from another application
- Launch apprunner
- Click into the Location: control or a text input control
- Press Ctrl+V
- Select Edit | Paste
- Next, select some text in apprunner
- Press Ctrl+C
- Select Edit | Copy

Result: Nothing works!

Expected result: Everything should work.

The menu items that don't work are well covered in bug 14026. Therefore, let
this bug only have to do with the keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+V etc.).

this is fixed on Mac (and probably linux); it doesn't work on Windows due to
another bug
