Nightly 79.0a1 (2020-06-25)

[Preconditions]
Have devtools.responsive.browserUI.enabled = true

Steps :

  1. Launch the Firefox browser and reach about:telemetry#home-tab
  2. Hit Ctrl+Shift+M in order to start RDM and enable Touch Simulation
  3. Click any of the available links.

Expected Results :
The user shold be redirected when clicking each link.

Actual Results :
The links displayed on the page cannot be clicked.

Hi, i'm also able to reproduce this issue in beta 79.0b5 (64-bit). A double click is required to make links work. See bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1648112
