Details

Changing the accountWizard.width and accountWizard.height dimensions in
AccountWizard.dtd does not appear to have any effect on the size of the New
Account Wizard dialog.
This is currently an issue for German 7.0.

Confirming. This is a problem in the implementation of <wizard> and will be
fixed via bug 221697.
