cpu_percent_cores is usually an array but there is one entry in the json above that is a number (line 516867).

Is this a bug in the data collection? How would you like it handled?

I suspect it's a lack of samples for the given phase in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mozbase/mozsystemmonitor/mozsystemmonitor/resourcemonitor.py#485-488

This bug is in the dependency tree for Bug 1644110 but this is the code we're hoping to replace with a new artifact, so perhaps we need to get together with the person requesting this artifact be uploaded and have a conversation.

The existing build_resources.json doesn't include any more detail than the perfherder build metrics which are already available.
