Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Web Developer -> Web Console
2. Checked Show Timestamps
3. Dock Console to right or left (not to bottom)
4. Export visible messages to file

Actual results:

There are no timestamps in the downloaded console log file. If you download the same logs from the console docked to bottom, timestamps will appear

Expected results:

If "Show timestamps" is selected, there are timestamps in the downloaded console log file, regardless of how the console is docked.

Hello Sergei, thanks for the report.

I think this is a duplicate of Bug 1502294, where we plan to move the timestamp to the top of the message when the console window is narrow.
I'm going to close this bug, but you can follow the other one.
