164966 - cut and paste in forms pastes transforms the text in asian characters (korean ?)

Description

Build 2002080704 win XP, new profile created for the test

1 go to a page with forms (bugzilla report for instance)
2 select something (with the mouse or the keyboard)
3 paste it into the form

Actual result : this is written in an asian character set
Expected result : the pasted text  should be what I selected

Here is an example of pasted text, it is the word 'keyboard' that I selected
above, I don't know what it will render when the form is submitted but right now
it doen't look like a keyboard (at least not in my language ;-):

You're sure you're using 2002080704 and not 2002082704?
