With VoiceOver on:

  1. Open about:preferences. Focus lands in the search field.
  2. Shift+tab or VO+Left until you reach the category list.
  3. If you VO+LeftArrowed, press VO+DownArrow to interact.
  4. Read through the list items.

Expected: VoiceOver should just speak them.
Actual: VoiceOver speaks their names, position etc., but also the state "dimmed", as if they were greyed out.

This does not happen on Windows.
