CPU use at 4% or less (like Edge).
Actual Results: ~42% CPU use.

setInterval again. I wonder whether some ad framework recently added a setInterval(..., 0) call to itself.

Every case has a quantcast choice.js loaded, blocking the quantcast domain is bringing these sites back to normal levels of use
