I've got a patch that I suspect is right, but I can't figure out how to verify it. I can't seem to reproduce the original failure locally. Attempting to run ./mach lint on Windows generates so many errors that I can't make heads or tails of it. I suspect this is because of Bug 1648586. And I already put these patches through Try, which didn't reveal any linting errors. So how do I reproduce this failure so I can verify my patch?

You can probably just run ./mach file-info bugzilla-component third_party/WinToast/* and check that none of the files are listed under UNKNOWN.

Or you can do a try push for the bugzilla-components job (look for it in the ./mach try fuzzy --full list).
