Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select text from mozilla
2. Paste test into another app that accepts text, including mozilla (includes
drag and drop of text around)

Actual Results:  
Asian looking font pasted in place of the coppied text.�

Expected Results:  
The selected text should have been coppied.

I am marking critical since one could cut text from a form resulting in the lose
of such data.
