I've installed the last version (Mozilla 1.1 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020826) I've seen only one time the new tab button but since I cannot see it on the left side of the tabs. As stated in the installation instructions I've installed the version 1.1 in a different folder than version 1.01
Philippe, what theme are you using?
I use GrayModern theme 1.02 for Mozilla 1.0 from Johannes Schellen (Johannes@epost.de). With Classic or Modern theme (themes that are automatically installed with mozilla) the newtab button is visible. I try other themes (Pinball, Gold,...) and the newtab button is not always visible. In the same way I've noticed that the IRC Chat (ChatZilla) icon is sometimes missing depending on the theme used.
I upgrade GrayModern theme with version 1.0.3 and the button is now visible. This means that the themes for versions 1.0 or 1.0.1 of Mozilla needs to be updated for this new feature to work properly. Thanks !
