Downloading 2002-08-27-08 and loading today's bug list, one encounters all sorts
of string encoding wreak hacov. Dragging a link to another tab results in the
URL being composed of high valued Unicode code points, and copying the
app-string from about:mozilla yields the following when pasted:

Actually, those entity numbers in the bug report are completely wrong (and all
equal). This is what it looks like.
