Bug 1645735 comment 8:

[T]he expiry date is correctly formatted but the card logo is not displayed after autofill the Card Number field. Note that if I paste the same credit card number manually (copy-paste) the logo is displayed accordingly.

It looks like it's almost certainly the same issue, so I'd leave in this bug for now. We should be sure to verify a fix against both sites. I've added Etsy's name to the bug description for visibility.

This issue is also reproducible in latest Nightly 85.0a1 (build id: 20201118215158) on etsy.ca and homehardware.ca.
