application-services is currently using an old version of Glean, which makes it harder to make it build without an internet connection.
The old sdk_generator script is used both in the logins component and the places one.
Moreover, the version of Glean being used is the one dictated by android_components_version, but this is hardcoding the glean version for tests here, which might get outdated and cause crashes when running tests.

This was merged in A-S. As soon as they cut a new release and that flows into Fenix, we'll see these updates bubble up.
