In some cases, the bindings generator fails to add include for RootedDictionary.h, although a RootedDictionary is used, at least in MIDIMessageEventBinding.cpp and PopStateEventBinding.cpp

If this is fixed, the include for mozilla/dom/RootedDictionary.h can be removed from mozilla/dom/BindingUtils.h
