Steps to reproduce:

1. Show All Bookmarks
2. Import and Backup
3. Backup or "Export bookmarks to HTML"
4. Chose a read only directory

Actual results:

Everything seems to be OK, however there is NO a file saved within the destination directory.

Expected results:

A msg window with an error described.
