1652101 - Forgetting about a site causes its saved logins to be removed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to a site, save the login (I used slickdeals.net)
2. Ensure that the login is saved in about:logins
3. Open history sidebar (Control-h)
4. Right click on site visited in step 1, select "Forget About This Site"

What happens:

The saved login is removed.

Expected result:

Saved logins should not be removed - this is an extremely destructive operation.

It was decided in 2014 (bug 702925 comment 5) that this is intentional but since we don't remove bookmarks and there is no confirmation I will re-open that.
