If user forgets to provide a data directory in the Glean SDK configuration for the Python bindings, nothing happens: a temporary directory is created and that's used for running the application.
However this is actually a problem for production applications: data might get lost. We need to print a warning message explaining why a data dir must be provided and what are the implications for not providing one (maybe linking to our docs).
