Please redraw the window if this page doesn't have vertical scrollbars, then scroll top to bottom. The Dock at the bottom of the page (which is semi-transparent) isn't completely redraw and a part of this at the old position continue to be display. To delete it, just scroll bottom to top.
Goulwen, what build ID are you reporting this bug against? Does this also happen using Mozilla?
I think this is good ol' bug 93526.
