Details

The latest issue, 2002082804, will not install correctly.  After the
installation completes and the browser should load all that is visible is a
small rectangular window with and X to close it and the word  "Alert" in the
window.  Subsequent attempts to start the browser result in the same small
window in the upper left corner of the monitor.
