Currently when pressing CTRL-SHIFT-+, the page zooms in, but CTRL-SHIFT-- doesn't.
Add CTRL-SHIFT-- unzooming so it is consistent with other browsers.

Reproduced with Fx 80.0a1 (2020-07-16) on Windows 10.
Verified fixed with Fx 81.0a1 (2020-08-06) and Fx 80.0b5 on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04.
