1652983 - Add logs to DAMP's openToolbox test helper

DAMP intermittents can be hard to investigate, and our logs are usually lacking.

For instance in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1588252 the complicated.styleeditor test times out but the logs are almost completely empty for this test:

We should add more logs to the openToolbox helper to help investigate such intermittents.
