May be a dupe of bug 1643578

User noticed that setting Tabliss as home page in Firefox does not focus the address bar on Firefox launch.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install Tabliss https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tabliss/
  2. Set home page to Tabliss
  3. Ensure that session restore is not enabled.
  4. Quit and relaunch Firefox

What happens:

Focus is on page.

Expected result:

Focus is on address bar in Firefox.
