As this will be managed in about:preferences#search, for discoverability purposes we may want to replace the input field with a link to the preferences page

I think this will actually happen differently, as we're not removing keyword from the bookmark editor, at least initially.

In the first phase keyword will remain.
After migrating http(s) keywords to Search, the dialog should only allow to add keywords to urls NOT containing %s, or javascritp urls.
Long term, once we cover the bookmarklets use-case, the field and functionality could be renamed to nickname.

Moving across to search-alias, since this isn't going to be part of the first phase, and adjusting title to be a bit more generic per comment 3. We'll think about specifics once we start looking at phase 2.
