It seems test_upgrade_insecure.html is not annotated. Most likely it was fixed within Bug 1627972 but didn't make it into the spreadsheet.

dom/security/test/https-only/test_resource_upgrade.html

That one I'll take care in this bug.

dom/security/test/mixedcontentblocker/test_frameNavigation.html

It seems :apavel is working on this one over in Bug 1353608.
