Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox.
- Click on the address bar.
- Type https://translate.google.com/
- In the text box, enter the emoji 1️⃣
(this problem occurs on all sites)
Actual results:
The emoji is not displayed correctly.
Expected results:
Full emoji support.

I can repro this on Windows. Applying "font-family: Segoe UI Emoji" workarounds this, but AFAIK this fallback should occur automatically by the OS-wise font system. Changing component as such.
