Closing this bug.
Cameron investigated the error logs (https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=a8c9664c735466514d8a8c42b4061bd60c63d41c&selectedTaskRun=TVoFo_BJSiaNRBvDrLGWzg.0) and saw that the crash follows a reftest that ran right before the test, and seems to be unrelated to dom/svg/test/test_viewport.html.
