Setting a needinfo flag on a bug triggers an email, but the email is in plain text, and does not provide instructions other than to log into bugzilla to clear the flag.
When the flag is set for the bug's reporter, and they are not staff or other experienced contributor, this is most likely not enough information to follow through on.
This enhancement will update the needinfo extension's callback hook for emails, defined in extensions/Needinfo/template/en/default/hook/request/email-after_summary.txt.tmpl with instructions and guidance on what's needed.
